My name is Dmitry Khokhlov, I live in Moscow, Russia. When I received the Globe #21, I started to think what can I do for the Earth. The first idea was to plant a tree. I have indeed done so, but it was before November, 1, 2018, when the project has started. November and December are cold in Moscow, and not too much can be done regarding planting/cleaning, e t.c. So I decided that I can do two things. The first one – I can support people who try to protect environment in the framework of the change.org project. So I decided to donate to this project, and I have done so. The second thing, which is more important for the project, I have found a person who can definitely do much more for the protection of Earth than myself. I convinced this guy to participate in the project, and I will forward the Globe #21 to him soon. His name is Alexander Rappoport, and he is a deputy head of the Botanic Garden of the Lomonosov Moscow State University. I know that he is an initiator of many interesting projects, and, in my opinion, he definitely deserves to be the next holder of the Globe #21.
